Some minor changes and modifications to design can be accommodated up to 5 days prior to the due date. We are unable to accommodate modifications once the order has been finalized. If there are no pre-made fondant pieces or other custom/specilaty elements, an order can be canceled at least 5 days prior to pick up. Any custom/specialty pieces that are already made or ordered will be deducted from the total the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If you have an urgent inquiry, please call 240-360-1883. If we are unable to take your call, please be sure to leave a message! Messages are checked daily. If your call is regarding a future order, we require customers to fill out the inquiry form on our Contact Us page. It will ask all the questions we need in order to initiate the process. If you prefer a call, we are happy to give you a ring once you have initiated the process via the inquiry form.
Our general cancellation policy requires cancellations to be made within 5 days of the due date. We understand every situation is different, and want to provide the individualized attention each deserves.
